JOB OFFER: COMMERCIAL TOUCH POINT / YAOUNDE / CAMEROON
On behalf of our partner INTOUCH(https://intouchgroup.net ), we are recruiting a (01) Commercial Touch Point.
Under the direct responsibility of the partner, the commercial will actively participate in promoting the services of the Touch application in the assigned area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and create new Touch points.
- Monitor the activities of Touch points.
- Prepare service offers to propose Touch Point products to businesses.
- Train new Touch points in the use of the application and the new opportunities offered by Touch.
- Daily monitoring of Touch point operations (extract and exploit daily monitoring for better tracking, continuous training, customer engagement, supply process, etc.).
- Visit Touch points daily to monitor activity and improve weak points.
- Be creative and able to implement strategies to optimize Touch Point performance.
- Ensure compliance with current regulatory standards by Touch Points.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bac+2).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in prospecting and selling telecommunication services and/or products.
- Proficiency in computer tools (at least Word + Excel).
- Autonomy and discipline.
- Integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum age requirement of 22 years.
- Possession of a driver's license is an asset (Category A).
- Bilingualism (French + English) is an asset.
